Fall has arrived! (Don't trust the thermometer as a seasonal guide in Texas!) We're celebrating Fall's arrival at Savage Tiki Bar with Randy Massey Friday, Oct. 2, 2026 from 5:00-8:00. Wear Fall colors and/or Fall attire WITH a touch of purple for ALZ!

Come out and enjoy PHriends, cold libations, and a PHun time with the PHlock. Savage Tiki Bar does not serve food, so plan accordingly.

We are still looking for folks to sign up for the Walk for Alzheimer's or make a donation to our GBPHC Team. The Walk is Oct. 17 at Stewart Beach in Galveston, TX. The ceremony begins at 8:30 am and the Walk begins at 9:00 am. If you don't want to walk all or any of the 5K on the beach, you can still come out, all in purple, and hang out under out tent. Happy Hour at Palapa Bar w/Sancho Smith (Friday, October 09, 2026)

It's Hat's Off to Defeating Alzheimer's! The weather is nice and Palapa Bar is ready for us with Sancho Smith! Head over to Kemah Oct. 9 from 6:00-9:00 pm. Wear a hat, cap, visor, etc. and get a ticket to enter a drawing for a PHun prize. Match it with a Parrot Head shirt or tropical attire. Add a touch of purple for Alzheimer's!

We will have Galveston Bay Parrot Head caps made by Hat Lady Bling for sale for $30. We have a great variety!

IT'S RIB NIGHT! Palapa's will be serving rib plates for $10. Word around town is that the ribs are delish!!

Happy Hour w/Donny Brewer at Scotty's Pub on the Bay (Friday, October 16, 2026)

Donny Brewer is is town and performing for us!!! PURPLE OUT as you join the PHlock at Scott's Pub on the Bay Friday night for a phabulous evening of music and PHriends from 5-8 pm. Scotty's offers a tasty menu, cold libations, and other beverages for all!

The Walk for Alzheimer's is the next morning at 9:00 am (arrive by 8:00-8:30) in Galveston at Stewart Beach, so this evening will be a great opportunity for final cash donations OR to register to Walk! We want everyone to PURPLE OUT in anticipation of the upcoming Walk and wear all the purple and Alzheimer's stuff you can find!! There will be a PRIZE for the MOST PURPLE SPIRIT! Join in the PHun!

Walk to End Alzheimer's - Galveston/Bay Area (Saturday, October 17, 2026)

We are excited to announce that we will be participating in the Galveston Walk to End Alzheimer's on Saturday, October 17, 2026.

In 2025 alone, Parrot Head Clubs across the country raised almost $350,000.00 for Alzheimer's. Lifetime, we've contributed more than 2 million dollars! We are a Gold Level National Team for The Walks to End Alzheimer's.

Let's keep up the good work to end this devastating disease which impacts so many in our community.

The Walk to End Alzheimer's is this same day at 9 am in Galveston. Participate in the Walk, go home, take a rest, and head over to a super PHun party at the Frazier's. They are inviting all of GBPHC!

Sat., Oct. 17th 6pm to 10pm.

Frazier's House---986 Catania Ln, League City.

Live Music on the patio by Jerry Diaz Trio!

Appetizers served. Bring a dish to share.

BYOB and bring chairs.

$10 per person music donations appreciated!
